Refund & Returns Policy – eGST.pk
At eGST.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Period
- Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase.
- If 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Health and personal care items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Customized or personalized products
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items with visible signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, software, or similar items that have been opened
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
- Items returned after 30 days
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about approval or rejection.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few working days.
- Please note: Shipping/courier charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund, please first check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
- Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
- Items can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
- If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the giver.
Shipping Returns
- To return your product, please ship it to: Office No.2 2nd Floor, Khawaja Center, Circular Road, near Noulakha Police Station, Railway Station Lahore.
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
