How do I place an Order?
Placing an order is simple and convenient:
Browse Products – Explore our range of uniforms and select the items you need.
Add to Cart / Contact Us – Either add items to your cart (if online ordering is enabled) or share your requirements with our sales team via call/WhatsApp.
Confirm Order – Provide your delivery details and preferred payment method.
Delivery – In Lahore, our rider delivers the same day. For other cities, delivery usually takes 3 working days through courier.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Before Dispatch: Orders can be modified or canceled without any issue.
After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, cancellations or changes may not be possible, but we’ll do our best to assist you.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need an account to shop with us. You can place your order easily as a guest. However, creating an account is recommended—it allows you to track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and enjoy special offers.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share a tracking number with you.
Lahore Deliveries: Our team will update you directly through call or WhatsApp.
Other Cities: You can track your parcel online using the tracking number provided by Trax Courier, TCS, or Leopards Courier.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
To start the return, simply contact our customer support team via call or WhatsApp.
Once approved, you may return the item through our rider (Lahore) or via courier (other cities).
