Mattress
Most midi beds are fitted with standard UK single mattresses. The top bunk has a safety rail to give you peace of mind. Some models feature an trundle drawer with a pull-out that can be used for sleepovers, or to add additional storage space underneath the bed. They can be open or fitted with a door (please check the product’s details for more information).
Many midi cabins include desks that can be moved between two upper levels, or chests of drawers. This allows the children to have their own space to store all of their belongings. This also means that they don’t need to make use of floor space by putting up heavy shelving or wardrobes.
Some models have taken it a step further with cabinet-style storage that is flush mounted or is part of the headboard/footboard. This is ideal for storage of toys and books.
