Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can increase the performance of a piece and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.
For instance, the premium shield for racial discrimination Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb ability in PvP or to provide additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more tradeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll an acquired Best item upgrader, such as an armor, weapon, or ring. The item is replaced by an identical item, but with different benefits. Reroll tokens can be an economical method of upgrading equipment. However, they do not retain the same level as the original item and any resources that are wasted will not be refunded.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors by a variety of means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests or purchased at the local store for 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute on a piece of equipment, such as increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.
Players can roll their equipment into three aspects: physical power, magic power, and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack, while upgrades to spell power upgrade mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an extra health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades an item to a higher-quality, with the requirement of an upgraded reroll token in order to make it. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left on the space until the next success result is rerolled. This helps to avoid wasting upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the start of each preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they will display an explanation and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant’s shop for a small amount of coins.
In the end, you can move blueprints between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a run. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant’s shop has available to reroll, and those that are located in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons, armor, and accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that can increase the level of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players first need to identify the appropriate item, and then click the “level up” button. This will display a menu showing the item’s current level and what it will be when being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The number of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.
Once they have decided on the Upgrade Item, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to utilize and pay the appropriate cost. When the requirements are satisfied, the user can then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item upgrades. This will increase the item’s level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the longevity of the item. This makes it an excellent method for players to gain an advantage in battle without straining their bank account. Additionally players can transfer experience and progress of an upgraded item to new item by clicking the “transfer” tab.
The process of getting Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty is a daunting task for players who are new to the game. There are many ways to acquire these stones. You can sign contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, get them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is a feature that allows you to increase the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is accomplished by adding upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a cost of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade components and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in that area. The process will continue until the item reaches its highest level.
Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon next to their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component will require the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add items to be upgraded. On the right, a preview shows what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow after a player has sufficient materials will initiate the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time it is upgraded the stats of the base item will increase by only a tiny amount. The highest level for an item upgrades is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum level, its upgrades are no longer available for it. Also, when a piece of gear reaches an upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to the track will be offered at a discount.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons to provide an additional effect or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained through questing, or traded between players. Upgrade components can be swapped by acquiring new ones. However, this will cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to boost certain stats of armor and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements to upgrade an item differ based on the kind of item, but typically you’ll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
The upgrade items can be used to make sets and weapons for extra effects or a higher quality item. These upgrades can come from many sources, including crafting, purchasing at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade element is placed in an item it isn’t able to be removed or substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.
Upgrades can boost the Mark Level or Rarity. Some upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can boost the item’s stats.
The upgrade to the helm “Foundation of the Sun” for example, increases base defense and adds an additional 20 percent chance to block. Additionally, the dps upgrade “Wildfire” increases weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players if they can get an exact roll. For example, a perfect-rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly valued in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp’d version.
The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component to be incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either weapon or armor) the tier of the item as well as the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
If you’ve fulfilled the requirements for upgrading, the game will place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will be updated to show how close to completing it. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
